Inner North Parishes Amalgamation Proposal

As part of consultation requested by Archbishop Christopher on a proposed amalgamation of the Canberra Inner North Catholic Community parishes, Blackfriars Parish is convening a second consultation meeting.  This will be held on Thursday, 21 August 2025, at 6.30pm in the Holy Rosary Church parish centre.  Refreshments provided.  All welcome.

Year 3 Liturgy

Year 3 will participate in a Liturgy on Thursday 29 August @ Holy Rosary Church, 10am (please note change of date). All welcome!

Confirmation Preparation

• Attend a Mass throughout August and hand Fr Renoir your commitment card.
• The registration form, with a photocopy of the baptismal certificate, is due Friday 29 August.
• Parent/Sponsor letters are due Friday 29 August.
• The Sacrament of Confirmation is on Friday 12 September 5:30pm.
